High Security Fencing refers to Security Mesh Panels with Barbed Tape providing high level protection for sites, spaces and extremely limited access to boundries. High security fence system can be constructed with single and double fences ( inner fence and external/ outer fence). High Tensile Weldmesh made of hot dipped galvanized wire is commonly used as fabric for both high security fence panels and gates.
Applications: High security panel fences are mainly used as highway fences, prison fences, airport fencing and other boundry fencing system solutions, supplied both in permanent fence and temporary fencing by applying different posts in installations.

Welded mesh out galvanized wire, electrically welded at every intersection. The horizontal wires have crimp at every mesh. The wire panel has a barbed top of 30mm.
Barbed Wire
Barbed wire shall be three(3) strings of 12 SWG doubled barbed wire with four(4) point-barbs set 3 inches spacing
Welding
The panel fence shall be welded to the post and the welded spot shall be treated with anti corrosive paint. All welds must adhere to BS 4872-1:1982
Fence Posts
Welded Turbular posts are to be galvanized inside and outside complete with all other fittings and accessories as per manufacturer specification and requirements.
Holes to receivedtension wires, barbed wire and fittings shall be drilled to specified diameters. Burning to form holes and cuttings shall not be permitted. All fence posts shall be in continuous unsliced lengths to specified heights, except for cranked top shall be welded with full butt penetration weld.

This system is electrically welded complete will all accessories and fittings, recommended for inner fencing in high security double perimeter fencing solutions.

Panel fence made out of electrically welded galvanized wires.
Zinc coating: The materials used are conformto GB/Q235B, B.S. 040A10 standard with the minimum coating thickness of 85 microns in conformity to British Standard BS 729.
